Devign Agency Suite

Problem

A TikTok LIVE agency lives in spreadsheets: Backstage exports, creator hours and diamonds copied by hand, level ladders recalculated every month, and rewards tracked in chat threads. Devign runs an agency of its own and hit every one of those problems first.

We needed one system that pulls the figures from TikTok LIVE Backstage, keeps the roster honest, shows every creator where they stand, and lets staff run the month without a single spreadsheet.

Deliverables

1. iOS app Devign Agency Suite for iPhone and iPad (id6797711295), first released 27 August 2026.
2. Android app com.devignlb.creatorplatform on Google Play, released 10 August 2026.
3. Product site creatorapp.devignlb.com — an owner creates the agency in the app, confirms their email and lands in their own workspace; no approval wait.

What we built

• Backstage sync — daily LIVE figures (hours, diamonds, streaks) land in the platform without manual exports.
• Rosters and seats — creators join by invitation, by the agency's join link, or by signing in with TikTok; staff approve them from a queue and each member of staff connects their own Backstage seat.
• Monthly figures and levels — every creator sees the current month, their level on a five-rung ladder, and where they place; staff see the whole agency.
• Pay — the owner builds the pay formula out of the synced figures, prices it against a real creator's month, publishes it for next month and keeps a ledger; the app moves no money.
• Two views, one app — staff run the agency from it; creators see their own month and nothing about anybody else's. English, Arabic (RTL) and Turkish.
• Multi-tenant — each agency gets its own isolated database; Devign Creator Agency is tenant one.

Outcome

• Published on the App Store (id6797711295) and Google Play (com.devignlb.creatorplatform).
• Runs Devign Creator Agency in production; the Arabic-first sister brand is Muzahim.
• Listed free on both stores.
